As atribuições do enfermeiro no processo de hipotermia terapêutica: revisão integrativa

RESUMO

Objetivo: levantar na literatura sobre atribuições do enfermeiro na Hipotermia Terapêutica. Metodologia: revisão integrativa realizada entre 2006 e 2015. A busca das fontes para embasamento científico ocorreu a partir de pesquisas na plataforma eletrônica Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), por intermédio da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS). Definiu-se inicialmente os seguintes descritores: hipotermia induzida, enfermeiro, crioterapia, parada cardiorespiratória, reaquecimento. Resultados: os assuntos abordados pelos artigos científicos foram organizados em 4 categorias de análise: mecanismos de ação da Hipotermia Terapêutica; benefícios da Hipotermia Terapêutica; fases da Hipotermia Terapêutica; o enfermeiro na Hipotermia Terapêutica. Conclusão: o enfermeiro faz-se necessário neste cenário participando de algumas etapas da hipotermia terapêutica. Esta ação tem demonstrado ser um procedimento eficaz no que se refere a diminuição de lesões neurológicas. ABSTRACT

Objective: to raise in the literature about the duties of the nurse in Therapeutic Hypothermia. Methods: integrative review carried out between 2006 and 2015. The search of the sources for scientific foundation was based on researches in the Electronic Electronic Library Online (SciELO) electronic platform, through the Virtual Health Library (VHL). The following descriptors were initially defined: induced hypothermia, nurse, cryotherapy, cardiorespiratory arrest, rewarming. Results: the subjects covered by the scientific articles were organized into four categories of analysis: therapeutic mechanisms of Therapeutic Hypothermia; Benefits of Therapeutic Hypothermia; Phases of Therapeutic Hypothermia; The nurse in Therapeutic Hypothermia. Conclusion: the nurse is necessary in this scenario participating in some stages of therapeutic hypothermia. This action has been shown to be an effective procedure with regard to the reduction of neurological lesions. Descriptors: Induced hypothermia; Nurse; Cryotherapy; Cardiopulmonary arrest; Reheating.
