Cuidados de enfermagem ao portador de doença renal crônica: percepção quanto à assistência recebida

Nursing care for patients with chronic kidney disease: perception regarding care received 

RESUMO

Objetivo: conhecer a percepção da humanização no cuidado para o paciente em tratamento hemodialítico acerca das ações desenvolvidas pela equipe de enfermagem. Metodologia: pesquisa exploratória descritiva de natureza qualitativa por melhor traduzir a percepção da humanização no cuidado na ótica dos pacientes renais em tratamento hemodialítico em uma clínica nefrológica de um hospital de grande porte do município de Sete Lagoas, Minas Gerais. A coleta de dados foi realizada através de entrevista semi-estruturada, gravada, contemplando algumas questões norteadoras. Todos os participantes leram e assinaram o Termo de Consentimento Livre e Esclarecido. Resultados: o vínculo da equipe/paciente/família torna o ambiente mais harmonioso e receptível para o paciente em tratamento hemodialítico. Conclusão: a relação entre paciente e profissional pautada no respeito e dedicação promovem ações que tendem a ser humanizadas e com isso promove um bem estar e aceitação frente ao inevitável. ABSTRACT

Objective: to know the perception of the humanization in the care for the patient in hemodialytic treatment on the actions developed by the nursing team. Methods: Descriptive exploratory research of a qualitative nature to better translate the perception of humanization into the care of renal patients in hemodialysis treatment in a nephrology clinic of a large hospital in the municipality of Sete Lagoas, Minas Gerais. The data collection was performed through a semi-structured interview, recorded, contemplating some guiding questions. All participants read and signed the Free and Informed Consent Form. Results: the team / patient / family bonding make the environment more harmonious and receptive to the patient undergoing hemodialysis. Conclusion: The relationship between patient and professional based on respect and dedication promote actions that tend to be humanized and thus promote well-being and acceptance in front of the inevitable.
