The Single Health System and Primary Health Care in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic

RESUMO

Diante do cenário e contexto ao qual estamos inseridos em relação à pandemia do COVID-19, este é um momento extremamente assustador, preocupante e reflexivo, que envolve diversos âmbitos do nosso país e do mundo. Momento que servirá para repensarmos valores e princípios éticos, morais, humanitários e políticos. Este artigo apresenta uma breve reflexão sobre o Sistema Único de Saúde e a Atenção Primária a Saúde no contexto da pandemia da COVID-19. Estudo de reflexão baseado na literatura sobre a pandemia da COVID-19. Devido à pandemia atual, a orientação é isolamento social a âmbito quarentena, precauções de higiene e de contato, e para casos suspeitos a realização do teste de detecção, visando conter crescimento exponencial da infecção.

ABSTRACT

Faced with the scenario and context in which we are inserted in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic, this is an extremely frightening, worrying and reflective moment, which involves different spheres of our country and the world. It is a moment that will serve to rethink ethical, moral, humanitarian and political values and principles. This article presents a brief reflection on the Single Health System and Primary Health Care in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. A reflection study based on the literature on the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to the current pandemic, the orientation is social isolation in quarantine, hygiene and contact precautions, and for suspected cases, the performance of the detection test, aiming to contain exponential growth of infection.
